It has been suggested that I compose an “About Me” page, so here goes… 

Well, let’s see. I’m Catholic, divorced, and a father. There’s a “6” in my age and it’ll be there for a while. My belief though is that age is a lifestyle and not a number. I reside “deep in the heart of Texas.” 

My favorite sport is tennis. The Almighty has used tennis to connect me with some awesome people who have inspired and helped me on this journey, a journey to see what I now see and know what I now know. And, to share this stuff. It’s great stuff! Animals and pets are fun and funny, but I find cats are the coolest. I am the youngest of three and my parents have already passed on. Our family most probably fit in the category of moderately dysfunctional. For reasons unknown, I’ve always pretty much been an optimist. I recall in my teenage years a very good friend telling me. “Shreve, you’re always happy!” 

I’ve witnessed sad things in life, and maybe the rebellious part of me wanted no part of that. I don’t know for sure. Anyway, back to green lights and websites! Please join me on my journey. I witnessed something that I’m still trying to define, and by that I mean define “exactly” or “precisely.” I’ll find out at some point, whether here on Earth or in Heaven, but I eventually will. So, in the meantime, let’s have some fun here! There’s a video out there of a bird and a dog. I think it’s a wiener dog and it’s leashed to a rail on some steps. The bird looks crow-ish and is having fun with the dog, kind of pulling at its tail and jumping back when the dog turns. It all seems very random and in a city-like setting. It’s hilarious! Who writes this stuff?!? GOD writes it! He has got a great sense of humor!
